Lucy Chang’s menu is a collection of traditional and eclectic dishes from Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Laos and China.  All dishes are conceived to be “one-dish meals,” except for the selection of finger foods called “small dishes.” Diner is served served all courses at once, in the typical Asian style, designed for expedience, satisfaction and, if diners so choose, sharing. Also typical to Asian cuisine, the dishes, while intensely flavorful and varied in tastes and texture, are prepared with the freshest top-quality vegetables, meat and fish and are both healthy and balanced.
